The Crossings At Ambler Station
The Crossings at Ambler Station is a continuation of Summit's revitalization efforts preserving the history of Ambler.
Again, working closely with the DEP and EPA, a comprehensive clean-up plan was implemented to remediate the contamination left by the Keasbey & Mattison factory. What was for so long an eye-sore and detriment to the success of Ambler, is now a state-of-the-art luxury apartment community.

HISTORY
Upon its closure in the late 20th century, K&M left behind a legacy of environmental contamination that has served as an obstacle to development and private investment within the Borough of Ambler.
Both the good and the bad of the Keasbey & Mattison Company’s legacy can still be seen throughout Ambler today.
REDEVELOPMENT
The Crossings at Ambler Station is the second phase of the revitalization and redevelopment of the former Keasbey & Mattison manufacturing facilities.
Upon acquiring the former grounds of the K&M factory, Summit Realty Advisors enlisted the support of many stakeholders to complete the development plans.
